Space

In our everyday lives, we begin to ignore the space around us. This is easy to do, with our work and careers, our families and responsibilities, as well as the constant stream of information and entertainment we receive on a daily basis from our phones and through the internet. This is why it’s more important than ever to take a moment to pause, and examine the space in which we exist right now.

Stop what you’re doing and feel your body in space. Feel the chair beneath you, or the floor under your feet. Breathe deeply the air, in through your nose, then exhale forcefully through your nose. Close your eyes, and in a few seconds, open them.

It is so important to be present in the space around you, for your spiritual, mental, and physical health. Even a small thing, such as taking a few moments every day, will improve your entire well-being vastly. Try it now.
